The genuine paella is cooked over a wood fire and has a basic ingredient
of rice, together with lots of such traditional dishes as Arrós
a banda, Arrós negre, Arros
al forn...
But you may also try other dishes: Fideuà, tradicional paella
with noodles, originated in Gandia, All i pebre, from la Albufera,
Suquet the peix, very tasty recipe with fish,... all of them combine
perfectly well with the valencian wines, white ones from Alto Turia,
red ones form Requena, Utiel and Campo de Liria.
And for dessert you may enjoy our marvellous fruits, our world famous
orange, and tipical valencian dessert like the Arnadí, or
our refreshing Orxata, a vegetable juice made of Xufas.
